We're a division of Apostolic Movement International, LLC & under the covering of Apostles Craig & Colette Toach. Our training techniques have been tried, tested & proven through years of study, practice & approval from of our many partners & fellow leaders. We do not claim to be above the word of God (which is our standard), nor to replace the Holy Spirit in your life. Rather, we partner with Him to help facilitate the best results in your training during your time enrolled in our program.

We do not guarantee a placement into prophetic office through our training, but will do our best to prepare you for such an event, should the Lord lead. All students enrolled in our prophetic ministry school agree to the following terms & conditions. They're welcome to stop their training at any time, but we cannot guarantee graduation & ordination if the listed requirements are not completed in the allocated time.

Our T.R.E.A.T Culture Policy

We require all staff & enrolled students to abide by a strict T.R.E.A.T culture. This stands for the following:

Tone - We believe the power of life & death is in the tongue of every believer... especially for Prophets. That means it's not just what you say, but how you say it that has impact. All students are required to have good tone with one another, their families, leaders & mentors. You represent the King of kings, so your words should always be seasoned with salt, bringing honor to the Lord & becoming a trustworthy source to His people.

Respect - We believe in honoring others in Love & as children of God (heirs to His kingdom) who've paid a price to be where they are today. We do not slander or welcome gossip. Should conflict arise, we're more than happy to help you mediate or offer counsel to resolve any conflicts you may have. However, we do encourage you to look at your own heart first before attempting to resolve.

 

Esteem - We believe in uplifting & promoting those around us. Everyone has a hymn, a psalm, a word, or a skill to give. Our role as prophets is to help others find their place in the body of Christ, & we do this by encouraging, highlighting & uplifting them for all to see.

Appreciation - We believe the power of thanksgiving & appreciation can minister in ways prophecy cannot. By showing our appreciation, we acknowledge the price someone else has paid, & release a force that will produce an abundant return in the life of the one who gave. Appreciation differs from person to person & should be shown according to the level of price paid or gift given.

Timely - We believe in being on time. Timely to act, timely to resolve, timely to speak & timely to obey. We're the first to arrive & the last to leave. We don't wait to find out how we can help, but we find ways to serve, pray & do what God & our leaders have commissioned us to do.

By enrolling in any of our training &/or Graduation programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.​

1. Program Commitment & Participation

  • All participants are expected to actively engage in their selected package, including coaching sessions, assessments, and required submissions.

  • Progress and graduation are contingent upon participation, completion of required elements, and demonstrated growth.

  • In order to graduate, every student is required to complete the full process set in place by the school. This includes any/all required projects, thesis work, and coaching assigned as part of the graduation track.

  • We reserve the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.

2. Payment & Fees

  • Monthly Coaching Package ($250/month):

    • Billed on a recurring monthly basis.

    • Payment must be made in full each billing cycle to maintain access to coaching and program materials.

  • Once-Off Preparation Package ($3,500):

    • Full payment is required upfront prior to program access.

  • Platform Fee:

    • A separate monthly platform fee of $24.99 applies for access to training materials (where applicable).

    • This fee is not included in the Once-Off Package unless otherwise stated.

  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services and materials.​

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final & non-refundable, including deposits and completed purchases.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, coaching time, and intellectual property, no refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued once access has been granted.

  • No refund is applicable for coursework or coaching that has not yet been completed.

  • Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Toach Ministries International in extraordinary circumstances.

4. Scheduling & Coaching Sessions

  • Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

  • Our trainers reserve the right to reschedule sessions if & when necessary

 

5. Assessments, Thesis & Graduation

  • All thesis submissions, assessments, and markings must meet the required standard for graduation eligibility.

  • Final approval for graduation and credentialing rests with Toach Ministry International Leadership.

  • Graduation timelines may vary depending on individual progress and submission completion.

6. Credentials & Certification

  • Graduation includes:

    • Diploma of Prophetic Ministry

    • Probationary Ministerial Credentials

  • Credentials are issued based on demonstrated competency and completion of program requirements.

  • Credentials may be revoked or withheld in cases of misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to uphold ministry standards.​

7. Events, Workshops & Admission
  • ​Packages that include admission to workshops or conferences are subject to event availability and scheduling.

  • Travel, accommodation, and related expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • Admission benefits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

  • Admission to workshops or conferences for any family, friends or plus-ones are not included in any of our graduation package fees.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Use
  • All training materials, teachings, and resources remain the intellectual property of Toach Ministries International.

  • Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

  • Access to materials is granted for personal use only

9. Code of Conduct
  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, honor, and respect within all coaching sessions, events, and community spaces.

  • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

  • We require you abide by our (T.R.E.A.T) culture. Have good Tone, Respect others, Esteem one another, show your Appreciation, and be Timely to act.

10. Results Disclaimer

 

  • While this program is designed to equip and accelerate your prophetic call, results will vary based on individual commitment, application, and calling.

  • We do not guarantee specific ministry outcomes, income, or platform growth.

11. Communication
  • By enrolling, you agree to receive communication related to your program, including scheduling, updates, and important announcements.

12. Modifications

  • ​Toach Ministries International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
